Joyce Frusterio - President and owner of Dart Canvas and Yacht Interiors, Joyce has been in the marine industry for over 33 years. After 12 years of working for Dart Canvas and Yacht Interiors, Joyce bought the company and moved to Derecktor Gunnell Shipyard in 1985. In the 26 years since then, she has expanded our employees from four to fifteen and moved into a new state of the art faculty of over 12k square feet. She has successfully built a world wide reputation in our industry.

| Sam Frusterio - Vice-president and owner of Dart Canvas and Yacht Interiors, Sam joined the company full time in 1992 as Controller and Office Manager. Sam's organizational and people skills help make the company the best. |
| Brian Frusterio - Owner and Off Premise Supervisor, Brian has been in the marine industry for 20 years. Brian is known through out the marine industry as a professional and understanding owner. No job is too difficult or to complex. What ever the customer wants is what we will deliver, with 100% satisfaction.

Mark and Sharon Newett - Mark has been in the marine industry for over 33 years 22 years with Dart!! He is known throughout the marine industry as an expert in the field of large awnings, Bimini tops, dodgers and enclosures. Installation Assistant - Sharon has been working with her husband, Mark Newett for 21 years at Dart Canvas. Some of Mark's accomplishments include motor yacht Fortunato, motor yacht Dream, motor yacht Aquarius and most recently the largest yacht ever built in the United States the Derecktor built CAKEWALK (285 feet). |

Karen Brown - has been in the marine industry for over 33 years and has worked for Dart Canvas for over 20 years. Karen has the experience and knowledge to make all the necessary day to day decisions to make sure all jobs are done to their highest quality to make sure our customers get the very best in the industry.

| Maria Perilla - Seamstress- has been in the fabrication and sewing industry for over 20 years, specializing in high quality men's clothes. She is now using her experience in the marine industry for fabricating covers, cushions and drapes. Maria has been with Dart Canvas for 8 years and speaks Spanish and English.

| Liva Piriz - Senior Seamstress- came to us 3 years ago from Uruguay where she was in the fashion garment business for 25 years. She attended schooling to become versed in the marine industry. She now has over 15 years in custom design for cushions and covers. |
| Galina Maciakiewicz - came to us from Ukraine; she was in the design and fabrication of fashion clothing in her country. She made a switch in her career 20 years ago and started in the marine industry when she and her husband moved to the United States She came to Dart 8 years ago where is now senior layout and design coordinator.

| Jerry Hughes - Senior Installer and Fabricator- Jerry has been in the marine industry for over 18 years. Jerry is known in the marine circle as being an expert of large awnings and framing. He has done it all from sewing to installing. Some of his accomplishments are motor yacht Reverie, motor yacht Mustang Sally, Motor yacht Time 4 Us and most recently the largest yacht ever built in the United States the Derecktor built CAKEWALK (285 feet).

| Mayelin Fuentes - Senior Seamstress- has been in the marine industry for over 17 years, specializing in cushions, enclosures, and upholstery. Mayelin comes to Dart Canvas with vast knowledge in the make up and design of cushions. |
| Edgar Valencia - Senior Upholster- Edgar came to the United States from Columbia in 2000 and started in the marine industry. In the past 10 years he has developed into an artist in the fabrication of cushions and layout. He has been with Dart Canvas for over 2 years. He is very talented in fabricating and upholstering cushions. In his spare time enjoys, travel, sports, and being with his family and friends.

Chanel Grala- Company Secretary - 20 years of management and accounting. In charge of the daily operations of the front office including, greeting of all customers, invoicing, work orders, payroll and scheduling.

Diane Moore- Executive Assistant - has been specializing in vinyl repair and upholstery recover and design for over 20 years. Diane (Lady
Di) as she is known in the yachting world, is an expert in her field. Diane has worked with Dart Canvas and Yacht Interiors for over 14 years and
has assists Dart Canvas on a daily basis. A few of the motor yacht she has worked on with Dart canvas are: Big Eagle, Kisses, Katharine, Lord
Jim, Tranquillity and Aria. |
