After managing a major refit as "Lindeza" in 1990, for an intended trip around the World, in 1993 the owners decided on a lifestyle change and sold "Lindeza." The 142' Nishii became "Marjorie Morningstar." At that time a relationship was established with the new owners and one room was reworked to suit their immediate needs. The relationship brought them back in 2000 to begin a major refit.
